Dr. Dean T Filion

Dr. Dean T. Filion, the director of sports
medicine, is a board certified, fellowship trained physician
specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, EMG/nerve
conduction studies, and sports medicine. Dr. Filion has been
a prominent member of the New Jersey sports medicine
community since 1995. As an educator, he has lectured
extensively throughout the region on sports medicine related
issues. Dr. Filion has served as a team physician for the
New Jersey Nets basketball team and currently is a member of
the medical staff of the world champion New York Giants
football team. Dr. Filion is the head team physician for
Bloomfield College, Felician College, Rutherford, North Arlington and
Montclair High Schools. Dr. Filion has served
as a ring side physician as well as a physician for the New
York and Boston marathons.
